Production utils

Production is primarily based on traditional methods, as this guarantees extremely high flexibility and exceptional quality. We use the following equipment:

For casting:

  • 1 automatic IMF casting machine with a capacity of 700 x 700
  • 1 manual casting unit with a maximum capacity of 3,000 x 2,000
  • 1 manual forming unit
  • 1 IMF auger mixer with a capacity of 20 t/h. Self-hardening sand

For the melting process:

  • 1 electric induction furnace with a capacity of 500 kg
  • 1 electric induction furnace with a capacity of 350 kg
  • 1 fume extraction system on the induction furnaces
  • 3 overhead travelling cranes to supply the casting units

For production:

  • 1 deflection channel with fluidised bed
  • 1 blasting unit with hoisting line
  • 8 finishing and deburring points

For heat treatment:

  • 1 treatment furnace with a capacity of 2,000 x 1,000 x 900
  • 1 water quenching bath at the furnace’s exhaust poin

For inspection:

  • 1 Q4 Tasman BRUKER spectrometer
  • 1 WOLPERT hardness tester
  • 3 precision scales
  • 2 thermal measuring units and an infrared pyrometer
  • 1 ROMER index arm with integrated 3D scanner
  • “Traditional measuring units”: callipers, gauges, thermocouples, etc.
  • 100 m² available for goods storage, equipped with a crane system and a surface plate

For design processes:

  • SolidWorks CAD software
